moto disk arrived promptly. A-1 sent Version 4.5, Not the 4.0 as on Amazon site. First installation did not work,Tech at Motorola checked, this disk is the new version, will work with RAZR V3, tech told me to uninstall and reinstall program-i did and Moto Phone Tools works fine.very happy with A-1 Saved about $50 on purchase

I ordered this product not expecting a whole lot for the money that the seller was asking for, boy was i shocked. This cord and software is what every phone should come with, makes life so easy now because we can just move the pictures, calendar, you name it, right onto the computer. Very easy to use and charges while you are "syncing" to your computer. Would use this seller again.
No problems installing on windows XP. During installation, the software went through three update cycles to get to the latest version of the software (5.x).
